You don't need to provide anything! The Crystal Star team will bring all the necessary equipment, products, and accessories to perform the service. However, if you have a preferred product that you'd like us to use, just let one of our assistants know and we'll be happy to apply it.

It's not necessary. In fact, most of our customers prefer the cleaning to be done while they are at work or attending to other activities.

Typically, our customers provide us with a key, which we securely encrypt and store in a safe location. On the day of cleaning, the key is given to our staff and then returned to our offices at the end of the day. Ultimately, the choice is always up to the customer.

You can cancel or reschedule any appointment by notifying us at least 2 days in advance at no cost. We can either cancel the cleaning or reschedule it for another day or time that suits you.

At Crystal Star, we prioritize quality and efficiency. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, please contact our offices, and we will re-clean the items in question. Your satisfaction is our guarantee!
